Work on building some speed on confidence on the squat. Push your hips through faster, and work on maintaining a more upright torso angle.
On bench press, your leg drive was minimal, and came in very late.Stilla little bit of a skull crusher, hit a little bit (1/2 inch) lower on your chest.

Here is a picture of you overlapped, one with the bar on your chest, the other near lock out. the thin strip of light around your thighs, knees, and legs shows the change in angle during the lift. The legs weren't being driven down until you were almost at lock out; this can actually make the lift more difficult than not using leg drive at all. You are more than strong enough to do these reps, if you were't you wouldn't have been able to work 110 and 105  back into the groove.

Great job with the rep PR on squat.

In the future let me know if you need to change up your HIIT.
