it was hard to know when to call it carrying the sandbag.  i would end when i felt my back start to really overextend and i was feeling a lot of pressure on it.  if there were a gun to my head, i could've suffered through walking with that thing for awhile.  i tended to favor my left side, always trying to shift the weight that way.

i've been in the middle of a constipation crisis!  bodyweight 110.2#
