crazy ass bench.  going into it, i felt GOOD!  i warmed up and practiced my setup, started sets and felt like i had it.  i was driving through my legs from the start of the lift, but had nothing in my arms.  my warm up sets felt pretty good, but then 115# TOUGH single, and then fails.  i just really felt like I had nothing.

freak heatwave, it was 90+degrees when i was working out. the bands on bench didn't have much resistance in them.

i am the goldilocks of tire flips!  wcsc has a couple of tires, but one was too light, and the other a little too heavy.  i went with the heavy and did first two sets with one flip every :30, 2:00 rest between sets.  last three sets i stretched it out to a flip ever :45.

car pushes MUCH BETTR this time around!  last time, i was totally pushing up a slight incline.

this a.m., bodyweight 109.6#
