bench felt great!  i know exactly what happened to 125#.  i got on the bench, grabbed the bar, got butt in position, engaged ass and legs, shoulders positioned... and then i released my legs completely, lifted my feet, replanted them with way less drive and force, and then asked for the lift-off.  don't know why i did that?!  had colin there during my session and he said my speed was GOOD!  he even gave me commands to press, to make sure i pause, and i was getting it up there.  happy with bench :)

back squats couldn't have gone any better!

i had a massage and adjustment the day before this session.  the massage was not great (she was too timid to really get in there... we muscle masses of people need people to WORK on us), but she did get my hip flexors, and i totally felt the benefit during my session.  also, i'm still having monster gas.  could the 'froot loops' STILL be haunting me?  luckily, there's no bloat with the gas, i'm just really unpopular with colin right now.  i wonder what's irritating my gut?
