god bless america!  happy days are here again!  my bench is back!

coach reminded me i'd recently changed my grip (wider), so maybe just go back to what i was used to, and see what comes up.  BOOM!  also, i think jay's rack is fucked up, crooked and shit.  i benched at 'l.a. fitness' and it felt better even just off the rack.  not to mention, at l.a. i don't have to use anything to raise my feet, so i don't have to commit to my foot position early.

back squat... 205#!  what more can be said?
